and support services. As such, no physical products are delivered.

- WhatsApp or other messaging platforms
- Online meetings or calls
- Digital documents and reports
Delivery timelines depend on the nature, scope, and requirements of the service requested.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated to the client at the time of engagement
- Timelines are indicative and may vary based on client responsiveness, revisions, or third-party
dependencies

delayed responses, or external parties (e.g., journals or publishers)
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for:

- Cooperating during the service delivery process
Delays caused by the client may result in extended delivery timelines.
4. Completion of Service
A service is considered delivered once:
- The agreed scope of work has been completed
- The deliverables have been shared through agreed communication channels
5. Changes to Delivery
Any changes to service scope or delivery timelines must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
